Joanne and Luke's Winter Elopement at Storrs Hall Hotel, Windermere

I love a good elopement! There's something so incredibly special about being able to spend time with a couple without all the hustle and bustle of a big wedding. When was the last time you laughed so much at work that your insides were still hurting the next day? On a midweek February day at Storrs Hall Hotel, I had the pleasure of photographing Joanne and Luke's elopement! What an amazing couple! This was no ordinary wedding elopement, Joanne and Luke wanted to do things their way, and doing things their way is exactly what they did! Champagne, laughter, love, smiles, cold wind, more laughter, more bubbles - what's not to like? Ok, so if we could find a gripe, the cold wind was a tad uncomfortable but these two were ruddy amazing and just embraced it! I think the champagne helped!
