As a lake district wedding photographer, I find myself spending most of my time on the eastern side of Windermere so it's always nice to look cross from the west. I was fortunate to spend the day with Cathy and Tony who got married at the Lakeside Hotel alongside their amazing friends and family. I had such an incredible day and a right laugh, thank you. What was forecast to be an absolute washout turned out to be a rather warm and humid mixed-weather day with a sun that kept threatening to ruin the family portraits! Following some hilarious and heartfelt speeches and a super meal, we took a boat ride across Windermere and managed to get a handful of intimate portraits before the heavens opened!
