Liz and Steve's Wedding at the Castle Green Hotel, Kendal

I've got to start by saying how much I always love returning to the Castle Green Hotel to capture a wedding story, for some reason it's always sunny and this time there was absolutely no exception! This was such a beautiful wedding, in fact, unforgettable! Liz and Steve are such an amazing couple and it's clear to see what great people they are by the abundance of love that their family and friends have for them!

A little while back, Liz's daughter got in touch, she informed me that she was searching for a wedding photographer for her mum, Liz. She loved my work and having queried my availability decided to book. I’m delighted to share the heartwarming tale of these two remarkable souls who having known each other for over thirty years, more recently fell in love and took their vows at the Castle Green Hotel in Kendal. Their love story is one of those incredible testaments to the beauty of finding love at any stage of life! Could you imagine the sheer happiness and excitement that filled the air as Liz and Steve exchanged their heartfelt vows, surrounded by the love and support of their family and friends? I had goosebumps! This was the brightest day ever (definitely the brightest of the year so far!) both visually and metaphorically and was filled with laughter, tears of joy, and an overwhelming sense of love. May their love continue to grow, bringing warmth and happiness to their lives, and inspiring us all to believe in the power of love, no matter the time of life.
