Portraits don’t need to feel staged or uncomfortable. Most couples I work with say they’re not used to being in front of the camera, which is completely normal.


I keep things simple and relaxed. We’ll take a bit of time away from everything else, just enough to create something that feels natural without turning it into a long photoshoot. It’s often one of the only parts of the day where things slow down slightly, which is why it matters when you’re choosing a Lake District wedding photographer who can keep it feeling easy and unforced.
