After dark is where things change. The pace slows in some places and picks up in others. The music’s louder, people relax, and the moments get a bit less predictable.


This is often where some of the best moments of the day happen. The dance floor, the laughter, the slightly chaotic bits that no one plans but everyone remembers.


I photograph this part of the day as it is, without interrupting it or trying to control it. Low light isn’t a problem. It’s part of the atmosphere, and I work with it using flash to add energy and really bring those party photos to life.
